My son called on 12/23 to order two bouquets of flowers for his gf and her mom. They were rude and changed the time they were closing that day when he called and told him “If you didn’t wait til the last minute you wouldn’t be in this situation “ basically telling him they couldn’t help him in a rude way. My son is a teenager and works everyday during the Christmas season and didn’t need that attitude. I just sat her in the parking lot and watched this lady smoke in her car while delivering flowers. Gross! I would believe that would be harmful to the longevity of the flowers and they would smell.

The flowers I ordered for my mom look absolutely nothing like the ones that showed up at her door today. Really disappointing. At the very least they could have called to tell me they couldn't fulfill what I asked for and let me decide if I wanted another random arrangement as a replacement before just doing it.
