An arrangement was made for a sympathy occasion. It only lasted 2 days. I brought this to the attention of the manager and she immediately remade the arrangement no questions asked. I had an amazing experience at [basket of freshness flowers! I needed a Boutonniere ASAP, and the owner was incredibly accommodating. Not only did she create a beautiful Boutonniere on short notice, she really went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed. I highly recommend them for any occasion!

If I can give more stars, I would. I walked in and needed a very last-minute item, and they made it happen. Such great quality and my situation was saved. Thank you, Baskets of Freshness, for making my daughters event so special!!!
My son called on 12/23 to order two bouquets of flowers for his gf and her mom. They were rude and changed the time they were closing that day when he called and told him “If you didn’t wait til the last minute you wouldn’t be in this situation “ basically telling him they couldn’t help him in a rude way. My son is a teenager and works everyday during the Christmas season and didn’t need that attitude.
