I visited the ioi mall kulai outlet at 8:50pm and was informed that food orders were unavailable because the gas would take 30 minutes to start. However, food items were still available on Foodpanda and the stated last order time was 9:30pm. I would appreciate clarification on whether the kitchen was actually closed early or if the online menu was not updated.
Worst service...ioi Mall kulai branch. 7.08pm I was at ur counter.. Nobody is there.. I halo halo halo.. No response.. I walk closely to the open door.. & shout ada org tak.. Then only a lady come out.. at 7.16pm. No say sorry no nothing.. Pretending nothing happen.. NO WONDER WHY UR OUTLET HERE ALWAYS EMPTY. WON'T COME BACK AGAIN.
