Worst service...ioi Mall kulai branch. 7.08pm I was at ur counter.. Nobody is there.. I halo halo halo.. No response.. I walk closely to the open door.. & shout ada org tak.. Then only a lady come out.. at 7.16pm. No say sorry no nothing.. Pretending nothing happen.. NO WONDER WHY UR OUTLET HERE ALWAYS EMPTY. WON'T COME BACK AGAIN.

Hampehnya branch ioi mall ni, service lambat gila, takde customer sgt pun buat sandwich je setengah jam lebih ( tu pun x dpt lagi masa taip ni). Order kat apps before 9 dah tutup. Manager sini tak buat kerja ke tengok review orang semua bad review atas sebab2 yang sama? Come on. Pastu dah order kat shopee food eh tetiba tutup order ea sebab x nak orang order lagi ke? Terpaksa gi order yg kt senai airport. Benda sedap dah, staff hampeh. Come on lah. Kalau nk cepat elakkan branch ni. Gud luck la ye
