Terrible service. I had an appointment and almost walked out because of a woman named Conner B. She has a nasty attitude and is stuck up for no reason. DO NOT GO HERE YOU WONT GET TREATED FAIRLY
Wonderful Doctors and very great Nurses, anyone needing surgery I will always recommend, this is the doctors and Nurses to go to, I'm very pleased and they go above and beyond here. I give them 10 stars if I could.
In my opinion, Dr. Kendrick & Dr. Forman are the best doctors anywhere they have gave me a much better life and helped me tremendously throughout the years. I would recommend this place to anyone with pain & suffering. And the staff is excellent very good & friendly people
2nd appointment for a simple refill. Waited an hour and a half both times just to get out in a room for another 30 min. If you can find a different DR. I would highly recommend it.
