They took excellent care of my mother. Always professional and the communication is great. They go over everything with her and have no problem repeating to make sure she understands. Super friendly and caring.

Basis Health is absolutely wonderful place! The staff is so friendly and kind, they make you feel so welcome and know you by name. Have been going there for a long time. Dr. Harry Lazarte is the BEST Doctor and cares so much about his patients and sincerely cares about them, he is always happy and smiling and listens to what is going on and helps you with what is best for are health. If I had to rate this office on a scale from 1-10 I would give it a 100. Excellent service, keep up the Great work
