I found Basis shortly (actually during their grand opening) after we fired our clown PCP doctor in Rogers - who we inherited after our former PCP moved away. AWESOME staff, customer care, knowledgeable, workable. We are grateful to be a part of your patient list. Love Dr. Lazarte! I rank him in the top 3 doctors I’ve had in my lifetime.
