Natalie worked tirelessly to get my necessary required annual reports to the county, she followed up with me regularly and removed a huge amount of stress from me. Called and asked if they do drain field cleaning and counter lady responded quickly with a yes and was polite but when I asked if they came out of town she said where, I responded 15 west of ritzville she said we don’t go there and I asked how far they come out she said idk but we won’t go there. Could not give me details and was almost rude to get me off the phone
I received a check for the amount I was owed.
