undependable. I made a appointment and they called the day of appointment to cancel because they had emergency work. its way below zero with the wind chill and because I wouldn't pay emergency service I was cancelled. receptionist tried to clean it up when I called back to say I would add a review for this saying how they treated me in below zero temps. she said I was just getting delayed till later in the day. that is a lie, you don't tell a customer they are cancelled if you are just going to be a little late. The crew work in terrible freezing and windy conditions. The job was completed in normal time and the work look professional. When the job was completed it was clean up and all old material was taken away. We are happy with heat pump and furnace that was recommend to us and the installation.
