Leslie is horrible to speak to. I have been waiting for an appointment for 3 weeks, I have a herniated disc, a bulging disc, and a crushed sciatic nerve. I called the day before my appointment to confirm and get paperwork and she told me she didn't keep my appointment, she was going to call later this afternoon to tell me that I needed to pay $1,200 even though I have multiple insurances set up to cover the entire cost. She was rude, she cut me off speaking multiple times, she was unhelpful and almost seemed to enjoy not bei... read more

I wonder if the Dr knows how horrible Stacy treats his patients. She complains about everything. She works 20 hours a day, she doesn't have time to help because she busy scheduling other patients, she doesn't listen, she's rude, she thinks the patients needs and timing are irrelevant. She undoubtedly is the worse I've ever dealt with and has no business working with anyone. My firs... read more

The care I got here was outstanding. I have disc degenerative disease, and I have gone without any further injuries since 2007, thanks to Dr. Ladha’s professional care and advice. He also told me to go live my life and they’ll get me in ASAP if I injure myself again

This was by far the worst doctor’s office experience I’ve ever had. The receptionist, Stacy, is extremely unprofessional and consistently rude. During my very first call with her, she shared personal information that I felt was inappropriate and unprofessional to disclose to a patient, and the entire conversation left me uncomfortable. Every call after that was just as unpleasant—she spoke over me, dismissed my concerns, and made it nearly impossible to communicate. I rarely received call-backs, despite being told someone wo... read more

I made an appointment for my husband. The individual on the phone who took my information was amazing! However when my husband arrived they wanted a physical ID of a medical card. He stated he had a virtual one on his phone. She told him she needed to scan it in. He told her that’s all he had. If you go to blue cross blue shield they state they have gone to virtual cards now. If the staff was up to date with specific policies they could have taken him in! He waited and the receptionist continued to take on other clients and ... read more
