I made an appointment for my husband. The individual on the phone who took my information was amazing! However when my husband arrived they wanted a physical ID of a medical card. He stated he had a virtual one on his phone. She told him she needed to scan it in. He told her that’s all he had. If you go to blue cross blue shield they state they have gone to virtual cards now. I just want to second everything Sammie said in their review. When I was there for an appointment, Stacy was on Facetime with a family member and forced a patient to say hi to her grandkid. The only taking cash has become an issue because I live an hour away. I can’t just swing in to drop off cash to pay my bill. I have had to order a checkbook to pay off my bill. Leslie is the only member of the team who is very nice and pleasant to speak with.
I just want to say that Dr.Ladha is an awesome surgeon. He is so professional and he removed so many adhesions off my spine which in turn took away a lot of pain I was having. He did not have to do this but he did as he was placing a stimulator for me. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a neurologist. Also, he has a manager who goes above and beyond to help all the patients. I was very pleased with how I was treated and really happy to have met them and been treated by them.
I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Ladha, Lesley, and Stacy! From the moment you walk in, you feel cared for and respected. All three of them are incredibly professional, compassionate, and truly passionate about what they do. It was a horrible first impression from the moment I got there until I left. What Dr only takes cash? Stacy is one of the rudest most incompassionate woman that I've ever had the complete displeasure of meeting. My visit back went pretty well. I decided to go ahead with the surgery. When I called to schedule Stacy was impatient and rude. She didn't know what was going on asked me which surgery I was doing first, I only knew of 1.
