I visited Dr Callarman in Aug of 2016 the title of Dr does not apply here! I went to see him to inquire concerning his experience with toe fusions. I entered a waiting room in the dark as the lights were off, was ushered into an exam room without being asked one question concerning why I was there or even questions concerning insurance.
