I've been pretty happy until now. I do not like a clinic that can't return phone calls. All I need is a medication refill for arthritis that I've been taking for years. My next step will be hobbling in the clinic to see if I can talk to someone. Im very compliant and I go every year so there shouldn't be a problem with refills. Wish me luck. UPDATE: They finally refilled my medicine, saved me a trip. Whew.
I came to this clinic as a new patient end of July. The actual visit was fine, a little quick but fine. But it was afterward when I started having trouble with them. My old insurance plan isn't widely accepted in the area and my options for a PCP were limited so I decided to give this place a chance. The communication here is AWFUL. I work as a medical assistant myself and our clinic would never not return patient's calls for weeks at a time. I have been at this clinic for about 4yrs. I love that there was hardly any waiting time.. with or without appointment. Nurses and Dr Moody are fantastic. They return my calls when I leave messages. Highly recommend Moody Medicine
