UPDATE(3/10/26): we replaced the '19 CR-V & wanted to upgrade the XM Commander in the wife's '23 Mazda CX-5. Another great install by the crew at Basin Tint & Sound in Jan. '26. They installed the new XM Onyx in the same location as the old radio, exactly as we requested. The install is solid, secure & the radio works great. Staff was so helpful with figuring out what we needed to get everything working right in our 05 yukon. Called me throughout the process to let me know if they ran into other issues and at pick up made time to show me how to use the new system. Would recommend them to anyone
Got a dash cam installed. They did an excellent and efficient job. Sat in the waiting room till they were done with my car. Met a nice older man who told me that he's been a loyal customer for more than 20 years, because they do a great job and are very honest people. Nothing I can add to that, other than that I agree.
Went in for a cable, they didn't have the right one, so the manger hooked it with one from there scrounge. Thanks!
