Absolutely amazing team of people, great communication all around. I purchased my first time home with these people through Chris and I do not regret it in the slightest. Gambill Aldridge has been a life saver to my family in the past two years. He sold my dad's office and had helped my mom sell her home after my dad's unexpected death. He has been helpful, honest, and kind to us all. The deal went through exactly the way he predicted. If you want someone who is compassionate and knows his stuff, Gambill and Basin Creek are your people.
We cannot say enough about the service Gambill Aldridge provided. He was professional and went above the call of duty for us. We dreaded selling our property, because we don't live there now. Gambill made it as painless as possible and helped in everyway. He is knowledgeable and I couldn't recommend any one more than him.
Gamble did an absolutely fantastic job and handling my father-in-law‘s property after a mother and grandmother duo skipped out two months early on the lease to Texas and did not pay the last 2 months rent ,as well as trying to slip her son and family in the house for the remainder of the lease term with no approval,not to mention the hoarding conditions to the house was left in. He was very attentive and thorough and rectifying the situation, he comes highly recommended
Stay away!!! My elderly mother and grandmother were very mistreated by this man Gamble Aldridge who owns this group and manages properties. People tried to warn them about this guy, but they needed a place. This management company failed to fix things in the home, were very poor in their communications, and were VERY unprofessional.
