Gamble did an absolutely fantastic job and handling my father-in-law‘s property after a mother and grandmother duo skipped out two months early on the lease to Texas and did not pay the last 2 months rent ,as well as trying to slip her son and family in the house for the remainder of the lease term with no approval,not to mention the hoarding conditions to the house was left in. He was very attentive and thorough and rectifying the situation, he comes highly recommended
Stay away!!! My elderly mother and grandmother were very mistreated by this man Gamble Aldridge who owns this group and manages properties. People tried to warn them about this guy, but they needed a place. This management company failed to fix things in the home, were very poor in their communications, and were VERY unprofessional.
Chris Hockenbury did a fantastic job working with us on selling our family property in Wilkes County. Chris is positive, honest, and knowledgeable—with excellent communication. He is also incredibly resourceful and willing to go the extra mile. I cannot imagine working with anyone else. I was truly lucky when I found him. I would absolutely work with him again in the future and recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home or property. Thank you, Chris!
