Always friendly, professional, and consistent.
Wouldn't recommend this place takes forever and will schedule so many people at the same time. If your in a hurry this is not the place will take more than 2 hrs to get seen if not more. You can't eat or drink in here but you will be in here awhile.
Honestly the best doctors office around the Midland/Odessa area! The staff is very nice, helpful, it’s a comfortable feeling in there, and Dr. Naithani is honestly the best doctor I had ever met. I am very grateful for them!
This place is All about money. I needed a medical clearance done, I called ahead and presented my info to be wrongfully informed of the coverage they accept. Upon arrival I was told of the total cost for the clearance and ended up paying out of pocket for the clearance just to be informed the codes on the paperwork I submitted to them was so my insurance could pay for it. I called back to address this concern with management just for them to act as though they had no idea. There crooks don't go!!!!
I’m revising my previous rating based on a recent experience. I received a call from the clinic at 1:00 pm regarding a missed appointment that had been scheduled for 10:45 am that same day. I was informed that if I didn’t come in by 4:00 pm, I would be charged a $100 no-show fee. Unfortunately, I hadn’t received any 24-hour confirmation or reminder about the appointment, which would have been helpful.
