I bought a peace of land in 2023 and the agent Chelsey Melby was lazy enough not to do aCMA and I am going to end up loosing 40 to 60k on this peace of land , the land was sitting on the market for over a year meaning it was overpriced and she didn't give a crapnt9 inform me about it very u professional careless of course is not her money
