Very impressed! I haven’t been to this office for over three years. I came in today and it’s a whole new world. Everybody is so friendly and smiling and makes you feel welcome. I got lost and was a half a block away and had to call and the girl that answered the phone could not have been nicer and guided me each step of the way until I got there. This is quite possibly the worst practice I’ve ever been to in my life. From the office staff to the useless Providers that ask you what’s the treatment plan going on? I’m referring to Bri the nurse practitioner. She’s clueless unorganized and not fit to be in any medical role. They dropped a ball on multiple prescriptions that they failed to fill that I had to constantly follow up with to see the status then at one point she tried to prescribe a medicine for me that my insurance didn’t approve for one reason or another and ... read more
