I had pasta here years ago. The first time I worked in Des Moines. It came out so fast that I wasn't expecting it to be good, but it was! Perfect texture, flavorful, well-priced. More recently, I walked by decently early in the morning and noticed that they had breakfast laid out. Andy was behind the counter--super friendly and explained that they don't do breakfast every day. I believe he said that it was only on Thursdays and Fridays from 7:30 to 10:30. good location for lunch downtown. it’s pretty expensive though, you have to pay more to add protein. flavor is good overall

This place knows what they're doing! The Alfredo sauce was exactly what I had been looking for, for a while! It was cheesy, creamy and a little salty but that's how Alfredo should be. 10 out of 10
Fantastic experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The food was incredible and everything tasted so flavorful. The food comes out quickly so you don't have to wait long... Perfect lunch experience!
