I bought my 2nd 2018 Jeep Cheerokee from Basil on 1/15/21 but did not get car wash until 2/25/21 when I noticed water coming in car at delta sonic car wash. The car was sold to me with a broken rubber seal as seen in the attached picture but now the service manager said: Water leaks are not an item covered by our 6 month 6000 mile warranty? This worn out and broken rubber seal should have been noticed when they inspected car before they sold me the car. I bought the Jeep 1/15/21 during winter so I never thought about testing the air conditioning until last week when the weather was nice and the air was not cold but felt warm. I made appointment for 830am Thursday and no one was there to take care of me until 845am and I left the car with them. RecommendedBasil Transit was so amazing in taking care of my son and I for his first car purchase. They were not pushy at all. They respected the budget we had to work with and did whatever they could to get us to a comfortable monthly payment. I am so grateful that my sons first car purchase was such a breeze. We went in around noon and left with his car, same day!! Great group of people at this dealership!
