Very good, I have delt with them before.
The service manager Alex was very understanding of my concerns regarding the vehicle. He provided immediate resolutions and actions to address my concerns. At no time did I feel like Basil Fords service was about anything other than helping me resolve an issue. They provided great loaner vehicles while I waited for my repair. The repair was major (engine replacement) and everything works as if new. Highly recommend this dealer and service department.
Bought my vehicle from a different Ford dealer however this is my preferred location for all my service needs. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, quick and good service, plus all the amenities they offer to keep the customer happy and to make their lives easier is top notch service that you cannot find anywhere else. I would travel country wide just to come to this location because of the amazing work they do!
