Should have used their service in the beginning. I went to another location because I couldn’t get a sooner appointment, that turn into a total nightmare and a waste of money and time. This place figured out the issue after 1 trial and got it resolved as expected. Thank you !
Not happy. I scheduled an appointment to bring my truck in for an inspection, tire rotation, and to have the heated seats they installed fixed because they stopped working. I made the appointment 2 weeks in advance. We were dropping it off Sunday night for the dealership to work on for Monday. Friday morning I get a call from Ashley in the service department to tell me my online scheduled appointment was wrong. Took my 2023 Ford Explorer in to have winshield wiper motor fixed at 11am. Basil Ford valet drove me home so I didn't have to wait and dropped car off completed about 2.38 pm. Everyone was friendly . Even got a quote on my car letting me know what it would be worth towards a new car. Good day all around at the Ford dealer.
