Basic VI Ordered parts on 28-April for confirmed delivery of 03-Jun-2014 As of 14-JUL-2014 no parts have been delivered took over a week to get a return phone call with new delivery date which was not met. Owner is the only one who can tell you when a part will be delivered or if they are working on it.He will not return phone calls and when he does the dates given are not delivered and no information is given as to why or when they parts will be delivered.I will never place a PO with BASIC VI again.
