Definitely wouldn’t use again! Asked them to do a test clean, was quoted one rate, then billed $5 an hour more than quoted. Only vacuumed in the middle of the rooms and only dusted the middle of furniture. When brought to owner’s attention, she didn’t offer to fix it or discount the bill.

I found out last minute that I had company coming to town and contacted Basic Necessities. The owner had a completely full schedule, but fit me in for 3 hours a couple days later which no one else was willing to do. She got to my home and worked her tail off to get everything done that she possible could in those 3 hours. I was very impressed with the results and would highly recommend this company.
