Love love love their pies! We had pies from Basic Ingredients as dessert for our rehearsal dinner 3 years ago.
I was on Newfound lake vacationing and needed a birthday cake for my husband. When I looked up bakeries and found Basic Ingredients Bakery, I took a chance & ordered the cake. As I'm a baker, I'm pretty picky about cakes. I was very impressed with the flavor, (the Baker is baking from scratch), the lightness of the cake & she did a great job with the decoration. The baked goods are wonderful too! I would definitely return & would recommend this adorable establishment.
