We contracted Basic Concept Interiors for major updates to our house and property, which included the following. Building an addition on the house, with concurrent whole house replacement of windows, doors, siding, shingles, gutters and downspouts to provide a consistent, like new appearance. Interior remodeling with removal of interior walls to provide an open living space encompassing the dining room, kitchen and living room. We recently completed a remodeling job with Karen and Terry and were very pleased with the experience. It was a pleasure to work with them.
basic concepts came to give me a bid on building a new garage. after accepting their bid i meet with the owner karen and she tells me the price would probably be 5000 more than verbally quoted. i accepted that and paid 1800 for the plans to be drawn up. she calls me a few days later to tell me it would be another $19000 i refused the job at that point and lost my $1800.00 i would not recommend this company.
Carpet install was outstanding efficient and on-time. The guys were most professional with the details and design for the project.
