We had a major remodel of our kitchen done with Basic Concept and have started work on an addition to our house with them. We began this process with their former owner and have continued on to the new project with Karen Kashmer, their new owner. I have to say, working with Karen has been a five star experience, and we’re not yet done! We had a terrible experience with this "design" and build firm. I had posted a detailed review on another recommendation site and then received a letter from their attorney threatening to sue me if I didn't take it down. Makes me wonder if their reviews on these sites isn't skewed by similarly aggressive action with other unhappy customers?
