basic concepts came to give me a bid on building a new garage. after accepting their bid i meet with the owner karen and she tells me the price would probably be 5000 more than verbally quoted. i accepted that and paid 1800 for the plans to be drawn up. she calls me a few days later to tell me it would be another $19000 i refused the job at that point and lost my $1800.00 i would not recommend this company.
Carpet install was outstanding efficient and on-time. The guys were most professional with the details and design for the project.
