Well, that is all you get and less then basic, lets say, very basic. If she knows you are not looking, well then it does not get done. She cleaned for my mother for three years, and it looked as if she never cleaned. When my mother was addmitted to a nursing home, I had to go to her home and get it ready for the market. I had to clean it, lets say, from top to bottom because it looked as if Basic Cleaning did nothing.
