Went to the Dr. office today thinking today was my appt. schedule time greeted the male receptionist he stated that at first I never had appt. then when into data base to find out that I was schedule for June 1st, I then replied that I thought it was for today June 2nd, what happen to a courtesy call reminding patient about there appt., my appt. was made a week in advance. The recep; insist that there's nothing he can do for me mindful that I been a patient over 4yrs. REALLY DISAPPOINTED
Bedside manner leaves something to be desired. Very condescending & sexist. After vasectomy brought my wife into the room & told her I needed to ej 30x in the next 30 days however I wanted like it was her job. Found it to be the oddest & most unprofessional thing I'd ever seen. My wife's dr has never once called me in & acted like I needed to be talked to about her aftercare like she was a child. It was just odd. Wife was unimpressed but laughed it off told him he was a joke and we left.
