My appointment was at 9:45. And at 11:30 still haven’t seen him. He over books which means he rushes through the appointment. I will be looking for another doctor. I do not recommend him. 😣

Office staff seems to play games when someone calls. Un- professional I called they took my name put me on hold several times, I then called back and they just keep hanging up for no reason.
Be prepared to wait at least over an hour after your appointment time. It's ridiculous, how an office can be so out or control with their time management. No apologies and or a heads up on the extended wait time. Instead of a patient having to pay when late or canceling, this office should refund or discount for not abling to keep your appointment time
I'm with the Emanente medical group both my primary which set me up with this guy are both part of Emanente. Well Dr Saad was supposed to be helping me lower my blood sugar levels and my A1c which nothing is getting done or done correctly. He tells me it's my fault and all I'm eating is chocolate which I can't stand sweets, then he tells me that I am sitting around eating hamburgers and other fast food,I don't do fast food it's too damn expensive.
