I can't get through to their office. Just now on hold almost 20 minutes and never even spoke to a human, and was never given the option to leave a message. Back when I was prescribed a CPAP they made me go through the headache of finding a supplier by myself, when I had no idea what to look for, and when the first one I picked didn't work out and I picked another, they wouldn't send my prescription to the new supplier!
