After my initial visit I was scheduled for a echo the next day. Appointment was at 1:15. After sitting in the waiting room for two hours I went to desk and asked why so long. They took me back and did test. No apology from front desk staff. You would think they would notice someone sitting there so long. Great personal skills, very thorough with detailing his opinions and advice. Excellent reputation. Takes time with patients.
He is a great doctor! He’s saved my life! He truly cares about his patients and always follows up.
Over two hour waiting time. Left no made another appointment. Over one hour wait the second time and Dr Shala had not looked over my chart and tests and seemed a bit confused. Third follow up visit over an hour wait and never saw Dr Shala only his PA. It was a waste my valuable time and ended up seeing another specialist.
Dr. Shala is the best no doubt about that but the staff is not working as expected I didn't get the results even after ten days so I called them to get my results in the portal, after my call to them, they uploaded into the portal. not so happy with the service I had.
Dr Shala is the best!!
Dr Shala and staff were very professional, competent and friendly. Highly recommend.
