Been here along time, it is a nice place. When you see the bad reviews, it usually people who didn't like to pay rent and had to be evicted. Not drug infested, I've never had bed bugs, yes afew bad apples has slithered in and destroyed a few apts. Of course they are going to tell false tales. This is a quiet, very nice place to be. Very affordable, plus is being redone. So come see for yourself. Under new management, great people here.
The owner gary shut my lights and heat off and wont take my rent when i have a kid but lets nate the maintance man nate sell weed to tantets katky in apt 54 said he knocked 100.00off her rent this month and she pays 250.00 every two weeks she said thats why she gets weed off him there is no heat and they have bed bug
