We have had our roof serviced by Bash Pepper a couple of times over the last few years, and this review is overdue. Uncomplicated and quick communication, fast scheduling, very courteous team members and quality work with an honest assessment of the situation - which is why we are repeat customers. Terrible communication! Cord came to look at my house and said he would send us a quote, I texted, emailed, and called over the next 3 weeks because I hadn't received my quote for siding, gutters, facisa and soffit. I kept getting told it would be sent but it never was. It has been a little over a month now with no quote or communication from them. Over the summer, I added an attached garage to my house. Although we had building plans drawn up, we encountered an unexpected elevation issue where the rooflines didn’t align as planned.
