I worked for BASF for 28 years and was terminated by Jay Miner I think for unjust cause but he thought it was right after 28 years that’s what you get and he’s useless at what he does

some of management not good & useless most are an asset after 8 years of shift work quit a high pay in job. no company should ever put workers thru J swing shift 6P - 6A rotate change 6A-6P bad practice and not safe this is so bad for a workers health
