Basepoint was very helpful in treating my daughter’s needs, and now she is back in being her old self.
I came to this place (twice) cus I was struggling with sh, depression, and extreme social anxiety. This place is honestly okay but it’s not great. Sure, some of the staff was funny but they weren’t actually doing their job. They were just there to have fun with the kids, not to genuinely help them. Most of the staff was really unprofessional. My wife and I also very much concur with some of the honest reviews that this place does not provide the care they pretend they do. Do not lose precious time if your child needs help -- this place does not provide it! Our son suffered from depression and anxiety and we moved him from school to this place for 2 months as he really needed help. He got none, not even a breathing technique to cope with his anxiety.
