DON’T BELIEVE THEIR LIFETIME WARRANTY!! I moved into a house and the first heavy rain we had water in the basement. I knew the previous owners used this company to do some waterproofing so I found the paperwork. The water was coming from exactly where the work was done. The paperwork mentions a lifetime warranty regardless of who owns the house so I called them and explained I’d like them to come out and honor the warranty. I had water coming up through my flooring in the unfinished part of our basement this summer due to heavy rain and hydrostatic pressure. Nothing severe, and an inch or less of water but in various places. I knew a tile drain was the best route but with plans to eventually move I did not want to drop a lot of money. I called and spoke to the owner which let me tell you is amazing. BWS completed a basement waterproofing & mold remediation project, as well as redoing a front concrete slab that was contributing to the problem in the basement. I cannot say enough good things about David & his crew. Communication was excellent & they were able to provlem-solve on the fly as a couple of issues came up. They did a great job with demolition, protecting the rest of our house & our mechanicals as they worked & with cleanup, in addition to the project itself. Highly recommend

I reached out to have an estimate done on my property. I was given a date and time but they never showed up or called. I followed up with them to see what the issue was and they said they didn't set a date, which wasnt true because my wife was in the car and heard the conversation when they set they appointment. They said they would reach out to me and I havent heard from them since. Complete lack of professionalism.
