BWS completed a basement waterproofing & mold remediation project, as well as redoing a front concrete slab that was contributing to the problem in the basement. I cannot say enough good things about David & his crew. Communication was excellent & they were able to provlem-solve on the fly as a couple of issues came up. They did a great job with demolition, protecting the rest of our house & our mechanicals as they worked & with cleanup, in addition to the project itself. Highly recommend
I reached out to have an estimate done on my property. I was given a date and time but they never showed up or called. I followed up with them to see what the issue was and they said they didn't set a date, which wasnt true because my wife was in the car and heard the conversation when they set they appointment. They said they would reach out to me and I havent heard from them since. Complete lack of professionalism.
David came out the same day I called for water leaking into our basement from the base of the cinderblock wall in one corner of our basement. We had never in our 25 years had any water come in to our basement. He immediately knew what to do to fix our problem and provided a quote on the spot. The quote was very reasonable and his crew was able to come out the same week. The crew was professional and cleaned up like they were never even there. I’m so glad I called and got it fixed so fast.
