It plain did not work or even come close, when I complained and asked for another treatment they refused and demanded more payment to Warranty the job. Biggest rip off of my life.
They did our basement last fall. Totally dry when snow melted and dry every time it rains. Our cellar used to flood whenever there was a strong rain. Couldn't be happier with BWI
