They did a great job; the work was done in the time promised (actually, they finished before originally planned). The workers were professional, efficient and made sure to clean up everything before leaving. We've had some rain since the work was done and we've seen NO water in our basement.

Outstanding work at an outstanding price. Highly recommend for anyone with wet basements that want their homes to stay completely dry And mildew free.
Basement Waterproofing did an excellent job, the representative was very professional in the description of the product and the warranty was huge. The crew did a wonderful job and the office staff answered all concerns with no issues. Would recommend BW to anyone who is having a water problem.
Did not work. Did not back up their service when I advised them of the river flowing through my basement
It plain did not work or even come close, when I complained and asked for another treatment they refused and demanded more payment to Warranty the job. Biggest rip off of my life.
Paid them almost $10,000 and it did not work! They expect me to remove studs and wood paneling from the walls so they can install a sump pump. When I told them I can't do that work, they pretty much said i'm our of luck. They took $10,000 from a widowed woman and won't return the money or complete the job. And on top of it, the manager (owner?) Is the rudest, most condescending person I've ever spoken to.
