Great job as always
Basement and Radon Solutions is the best at solving and fixing both radon and moist, damp, wet basement problems. They're very professional, courteous and prompt. They do quality work that might cost a bit more than their competitors, but you're receiving premium products (like thicker liners) and superior and honest workmanship, especially by Stanley. They're the best!
I was so incredibly pleased with my experience from start to finish! My sump pump and drain were installed cleanly and efficiently, and the workers were knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend BRS. My comfort level about my crawlspace is so much better now!
I'd be real careful doing anything with these guys. We had an installation that didn't work and they won't stand behind their warranty.
I do not recommend this company, and if asked, I would stringently recommend not using this company. I paid $1600 in Jan 2020 for them to install a basement dehumidifier in my workshop that hasn’t worked correctly since early last year. BRS came out last year and made a repair on the unit but the dehumidifier still did not work correctly. My pest control guy, who use to install dehumidifiers, told me 2 years ago that the watchdog dehumidifier BRS installed was cheap and low quality. He said it cost maybe $500-$600.
