These guys are fantastic. They worked with us to come up with a solution that was effective and affordable, did good work, and left the space cleaner than they found it. They did the job in 2024 and the basement has been bone dry ever since. We feel like we can actually use our basement now. Highly recommend.
Basement Medics just did a phenomenal job of waterproofing our basement, installing a sump pump and a backup battery system, insulating the walls, and installing a top of the line dehumidifier. They also cleaned the basement with a biocide to help prevent mold. Bob, owner of the company, does the work himself, along with his son Ryan and a team of strong young men (this is backbreaking work). I used Basement Medics about ten years ago. When a new issue arose, I called them again. Still great service at a fair price.
Bob and Ryan were great to work with. Quick response to my initial phone call, came to look the same day and did the job two days later. I highly recommend them.
I recently met Bob and Ryan, and I have to say — these guys are top-notch. I’m with 1-800 WATER DAMAGE of Newtown, and we’ve recently started working with them. They’re extremely professional, knowledgeable, and clearly care about doing things the right way. It’s great working with people who take pride in their craft. Looking forward to what's ahead!
