Basement medics repaired a 4 vertical cracks in a concrete basement foundation with carbon fiber in a property my clients purchased in Pennington, they did an excellent job and were priced competitively. The Basement Medics team was great to work with. They were quick to assess and remedy a foundation crack on our house. Bob & Ryan were very professional and we highly recommend working with them!
The crawl space section of my basement recently started to take on water. Ryan from Basement Medics came out and patiently showed me what the issue was and what were my options. After agreeing on the best course of action, Ryan and his team returned and fixed the issue. They were very professional, and completed the repairs on time and on budget. Its been a couple of months since they were here and I haven't had a drop of water! I highly recommend Basement Medics!
Had a 230pm estimate scheduled today. Bob asked me to text him date and time of the agreed upon appointment. I did , he responded he got it. Never showed up. I texted are you still coming?. No response. Better to know who I'm dealing with before I agreed to give him work. Thanks for showing me how you operate ahead of time.
