Basement Connection is a JOKE!!! If I could give this place 0 Stars, they deserve it! Went into the showroom while picking up a pizza next door and what a mistake! Spoke to an old, tall, cocky, and arrogant prick who had not a clue in the world! Then some young kid with tattoos all over his face and hands said he would come give me an estimate? these guys come to my property and rip out my beautiful kitchen only to replace it with garbage work and excuses. I fired them off the project because of the lies and theft of my deposit. They did not finish or do good job. I would never recomend this company to any one. How they are stil lin business is beyond me.
