Food is excellent and fast service at the Farmington Hills location, I cant wait for the Detroit location, its right next to the job!!!!

Whata great burger I had there today in Farmington! I'm still full from like 12:30. Great atmosphere, staff too!
While the food is tasty and reasonable.....I was charged for my food and another mysterious transaction was processed on my account by this establishment. I am currently waiting 30 minutes to speak with a manager concerning this issue......Nor sure why its taking so long, also not sure who else they may have fraudulently charged in the past! Strongly considering NOT coming back.....if I do it will be cash only!
Today was my first ever visit. I had a bbq quesadilla (appetizer) and a turkey burger with a side of sweet potato fries with cinnamon butter (entree). I also had a peach ciroq drink and a peach tequila cocktail. EVERYTHING was on point. Thank you Basement Burger. I will be back!!!!!!
