I have only received a quote. Something seemed off, and I chose not to go with them. Tyler came out and gave me a thorough quote. Answered my questions and explained my options. Helped me know why I would want something or not. Overall, it was a pleasant and informative meeting.
It has taken me almost three years to write this review. It still makes me sick to think of the amount we paid, how long the project took, and how so much of the work was poorly done, causing us thousands in repairs and fixes. We liked Tyler, and in the end we do have an updated home, but we are still paying for poor quality work. I really believe the contractor wanted to do good quality work, but he just doesn't have the experience. I feel bad writing this review but am still so upset about so much of this process. Initially everything was great, but went downhill from there. We had a very small basement job: just a bedroom and hallway. Workers would randomly show up to perform their piece of the job. At first it was a couple weeks between workers, then it became months. Tyler was non responsive. I would not recommend unless you have an open schedule for when you want the job done (maybe in a year or or maybe just have it under construction forever) and don't mind workers randomly showing up with no warning. Tyler was amazing to work with, he knows what he’s talking about and I appreciated the options he gave me , it really helped me save. From the start it was easy to know he was the one we needed to hire for our basement finishing. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
