We've reached out to Basem twice since moving into our new home due to leaks. Both times they were able to fit us in quickly. We have been extremely satisfied with their promptness, their work and their prices, which are also very reasonable.

Omar arrived at the time I was given & found the reason why my double kitchen sink backed up again since Mar/24 (a plumber with a different company solved the issue but did not fix the reason to prevent it from happening again). Omar is likely much more professional if not also better skilled! Omar was very personable, providing suggestions & answering my questions.
