The management is inconsistent, dismissive, and does not want to deal with any issues. They pondered it off on their payment app. I am on my fifth manager in a little over three years. If that explains anything. My payments have constantly not correctly gone to my account. I get harassed even after making my payments when they are in the wrong. We loved our experience touring with Rebecca, and we were so grateful at how attentive she was to all of the details in helping us make a smooth transition. Our first walk through was not ideal as to the state of the apartment, and there are still a few maintenance requests to be filled, but the main ones were taken care of very quickly. We appreciate the support and understanding of Rebecca and everyone else in the office who helped communicate these updates with us. Thank you!

She was incredibly helpful during my tour, answered all my questions with confidence, and truly knows her stuff. She made my move in process seamless and stress free. The cute house box filled with new home goodies was such a thoughtful touch and so appreciated during my first week. Thank you Rebecca, you are amazing!
I had a very good experience with my lease process especially with Alicia and Rebecca. Alicia was professional and helpful throughout my lease process. The lease agreement and check-in process were smooth, and all details were clearly explained.
