Noisy noisy all the time and the yard people use those gas blower constantly when my windows are open in the summer to try and get fresh air I'm consumed with the carbon monixde making me sick to the stomach and I have a baby with asthma I told the office about it and nothings been done I suggested battery operated blower I no I can't be the only one and they come doing to yard early Saturday morning on my day off I no I'm not the only one that likes to sleep in on there day off it's ridiculous if it's not them it's the nois... read more
The management is inconsistent, dismissive, and does not want to deal with any issues. They pondered it off on their payment app. I am on my fifth manager in a little over three years. If that explains anything. My payments have constantly not correctly gone to my account. I get harassed even after making my payments when they are in the wrong. I still live in this apartment complex. I would not recommend this complex at this time with the management and the incompetencies they continuously have. Landscaping has gotten worse... read more
Beware…You’ll pay $100 more a month when you’ve lived here for 3 years than a brand new tenant. When you ask if there is something that can be worked out because an existing tenant should NOT be paying drastically more than a new one you get told “too bad you signed a contract”. Zero willingness to work with you when you have paid your rent on time every month and are a respectful neighbor. Rent is cheaper now than when I moved in almost 3 years ago yet I have seen nothing but increases. Zero amenities and for the price you ... read more
