Honestly, Baseline Health and Wellness is amazing. I’ve actually been to both of their locations (Vancouver and Burnaby) and the vibe is always great. I've been seeing Dr. Kody on and off for a couple of years now for a leg injury and some bad muscle overuse from warehouse work, all that heavy lifting and unloading containers really takes a toll. De. Jordan is my chiropractor, and I really like his treatment style. He always starts with cupping or manual therapy before performing any spinal adjustments, which helps me feel much more relaxed and prepared for the treatment. He also teaches me exercises and home remedies that I can do on my own to help with my recovery between visits. He's knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about his patients' progress. I've seen their physio, Katy, for several injuries and she is so skilled! She is very good at explaining the source of the issue, and how/why prescribed exercises correct for it. Katy is such a lovely and competent provider to work with! Would highly recommend.
I was visiting family and was experiencing intense neck pain. I was able to book a last-minute appointment with the chiropractor, Dr. Jordan. He was the first chiropractor to take the time to explain what was happening with my neck - which I appreciated. Highly recommend! Thank you Baseline!
