Baseline was amazing! The Columbia Family Chiropractic team workout was perfect. We got a full body workout and tons of laughs! I even learned to perfect my form with certain lifts thanks to the trainers! Loved the experience!

Had a great time working out a baseline fitness with my office, Columbia family chiropractic! They did an awesome job at guiding through a personalized workout regime. Loved that the coaches were there to provide input on technique and modifications for any movements that were to challenging/unable to do due to muscle/joint limitations. Highly recommend!

I recently attended a class with a group from Columbia Family Chiropractic. We were extended an incredibly warm welcome by the staff. The instructor of our group was incredibly knowledgeable about muscle movements as well as how to move through exercises safely while focusing on mind muscle connection! This workout was such a fun change up in my normal lifting routine!

Matt and the entire baseline crew are absolutely incredible. They are so knowledgable and will ensure you get an amazing workout done safely! I appreciated the attention during movements to ensure everything was being done with correct form to maximize results.
