First of all - when I went out to start this large project I was searching for excavators and had a list. Todd was the first on my list and answered on the first ring - I didn't even call anyone else. From the very beginning the customer service and attention to detail has been impeccable. We started this project in November of 2025 and it was just completed. The communication, skill, and knowledge of Todd and his team are second to none. The price was fair and the job is completed quickly.
We worked with Baseline to remove our septic tank and connect to city sewer. Todd was responsive, communicative, and easy to work with from start to finish. His team was on time, professional, and friendly. We were pleased with the entire experience and plan to use Todd and his team on our next big project!
Fast, responsive, professional, quality and so easy to work with! I've worked with several excavation companies and learned this is something hard to find someone you can fully trust that if the job carried out the wrong way it will cost you even more to fix it. That's totally not the case for Baseline. They really take ownership and pay attention to important details. Todd has been my excavater for over 8 years. I exclusively use him on all of our projects.
