Knowing I work from home, he showed up 40 minutes early without any confirmation that a new time would work. I was on a work call which is undeniable unprofessional. When I received the appraisal, I also noticed a significant error: it lists my house as a 4 bedroom property when it is actually a 3 bedroom. My house would not be listed or ever sell as a 4 bedroom.
