I came in today needing help with a very specific and time-sensitive process, getting my toy poodle Kemi cleared for Hawaii's Direct Airport Release program. I recently moved to Hawaii and Jennifer at the Baseline Animal Hospital was extremely helpful in the process!! I am grateful she guided me through everything and my baby and I entered Hawaii without a hitch!!
I would give zero Stars if I could we bring in a senior husky who had gotten out when she was found she had intense wounds on her arm and her ears and going septic we rushed her here. They left her in the car and didnt even come out see her or bring her in and then said they wouldn't until we agreed to sign a paper agreeing to pay for over $1,000 of Diagnostics that didn't even make sense for her safety or her case.
