We have been going here for years. We had two dogs and the people here have always been amazing. Today we had to put down our dog that we had for 13 years. My mom took her and I swear she loved that dog more than anyone in the world. My mom said it was the worst day of her life, but the people at Baseline Animal Hospital had so much compassion and genuinely cared. I am so grateful on how they handled this and I would suggest them to anyone.
The price is out of proportion with the services they offer. It seems they are currently overcharging which is just unfortunate as I enjoy the level of service/quality of care and location. The staff is good at what they do. Just can’t justify continuing treatment at this location when there are other reputable vets in the area who do not nickel and dime you as much. This review is for Grooming, Leslie has been wonderful with both my pups she's been patient and caring and even with my difficult rescue boy she did a wonderful job. I'm so grateful for her and her talent.
