Staff couldn’t find my cat for 1/2 hour making me suffer thinking the cat is lost or stolen. Then they couldn’t produce any records for the work done, had no record of the cat in the system. Took me almost one hour to get my cat and records.
I went 3x in over a year and all they did was charge me for the vet visit and steroids for my cat. A temporary fix and never tried to diagnose the real underlying issue. Today I just left there and finally got a vet that I enjoyed and her assitant was great as well. They put together a plan of action but the reception lady directly lied to me about the price of the consultation and didn't care when I said I would do the $1k next treatment at another company. After 20 years time to move on prices way out of line compared to other Vet’s in area $25.00 5min nail trim compared to $12.00 at Pets Mart for the same service. Would recommend checking around with other options and save over 50%
Don’t come here. I promise your dog will get sick and sicker. They just want your money. Hint: why do I have to stick with the same doctor you have the records to show a different doctor? That’s how it works in main health care. They thought my dog at kennel cough then distemper both of these accusations came out negative but now say my dog has herpes? lol no actual symptoms of showing herpes?
