I’ve lived here since December, and my experience has been excellent so far. The front desk staff is exceptional—they’re always friendly and somehow even remember our names (hopefully that’s a good thing!). The apartments themselves are stylish, comfortable, and well-maintained. Noise levels are minimal, especially compared to other nearby complexes I’ve stayed in. Jennifer and Autumn at the front desk are wonderful-always helpful. The office occasionally has treats for residents, which is a nice touch. The gym and hot tub are nice, and we’re excited to use the pool this summer. The garage is well-maintained, with added security improvements coming, and the car chargers are convenient (though more would be great!). Maintenance has been responsive and friendly. After a couple of months here, we’re loving it and couldn’t be happier with our move!
Apart from the security lapses called out previously by other reviews, baseline office is subjecting me to unfair move out charges. I am sharing my experience here, so anyone considering living here can be in the know. 1. I received an email with my move out charges and within 30 mins of receiving that, one more was sent with a $399 charge added to it to replace the stove top. 2. The move out statement also called out that the walls had - "heavy curry/cooking smell'. I am disappointed at this type of bias kicking in while as... read more

Baseline 158 hired me to paint a couple Apartment Units and have not paid me! I gave Baseline158 30 days to pay me! When I call up to give them a verbal notification of invoice pass due they tell me I am harassing them! My services are not free! On top of that I get off the phone with them and they right me a bad review using a fake profile! Which doesn't make any sense cause they have ripped my company off! Please do not do business or rent from this property! Thank you!
