I visited this apartment complex as part of a busy day touring over 6 properties, but unfortunately, it was the only one I couldn’t tour. I arrived just 10 minutes late for what was apparently their last slot of the day, and they have a strict policy against starting tours after 4:00 PM. This felt overly rigid, especially since I’ve completed full tours at other places in 20-30 minutes or less, and there was plenty of time left before closing at 5:00 PM. I visited a friend who lives in this apartment complex. Decent view, relaxing vibe. I would consider renting out a place here.
Front desk stuff is rude and lack professionalism.
