RecommendedI have had nothing but excellent care from both the front desk clerk and Melissa Conner, NP she is very inquisitive with the issues I have had and personable. I give 5 stars to this office!
I went in at 8:41 this morning after suffering with poison ivy for two days! Am extremely allergic! Not a patient or car in the parking lot, was told they were booked until 9:30, and asked if I could come back at 10! I was told by appointment only until after 4:30! What a crock! A friend had same experience! Never will I go back! Didn't see this information on their page! Could have just made appointment with Dr., had I known this! Cheaper copay!
I went in last week for a possible ear infection. No infection, but the doctor suggested several over the counter meds that might help with inflammation. I think for most people, it would have helped, but they didn’t help me. I stopped by again yesterday to see if they would be willing to just call in a steroid for me without me having to pay another co-pay. The receptionist was very kind and the doctor called in the prescription right away without making me have another appointment. I really appreciated it!
Very good place for care..the doctor was awesome with my 88 year old mom..I would highly recommend this place..very clean.
This place is amazing!! Very clean and the staff is friendly. I was treated with respect. They were very throrough with everything. In and out in about an hour. This will be my go to place when my dr isn't available.
Everyone was friendly, prompt service...overall good experience.
