Grant came to evaluate foundation settling at my home. After review, Grant gave honest assessment that I should first make sure I address drainage issues and then monitor for change over time. In his opinion the settling we are seeing is typical of home my age. Luckily I had called BaseCo for a second opinion after a competitor had convinced me I needed immediate stabilization. Grant was very helpful in addressing some concerns I had with my foundation. He didn't try to push any products or repairs that I didn't need and told me what to keep an eye out for in the future. Will definitely call again if I ever need their services.
