Tyler was awesome! 100 % recommend. If your home doesn’t need foundation repair this company won’t scam you and tell you that you do. We actually didn’t end up having a foundation issue! :)
We needed a sump pump and encapsulation done on our crawl space. I will say their prices are pretty competitive however, we did have multiple issues arrise throughout the process. Although it was frustrating, they did come out and made sure to correct any issues/concerns.
Kanyon showed up on time for our appointment and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped address all of my concerns and questions. I really appreciate his honesty and will definitely reach out to BASEco for any future needs.
Grant was super friendly and professional! Foundation issues are scary and he gave us an honest assessment and reassured us about older homes settling! Highly recommend!
Grant Anderson at BASEco was amazing!! We had a home inspection completed that showed some settling in a home we were selling. He was right on time to the appointment, and gave us a competitive bid!! What really impressed me though is that when he measured the movement in the foundation he was happy to let us know that the movement we were experiencing in the home was very normal settling, and he let us know that installing a rain gutter along one of the roof lines was all that he would recommend.
