Basecamp Fitness is hands down my favorite place to work out! From the moment you walk in, the environment is incredibly welcoming and positive. This gym somehow convinces me to wake up early, lift heavy things, and enjoy it. The coaches are motivating, the energy is contagious, and I always leave feeling stronger and happier than when I walked in. Great workouts, great people, and just the right amount of “you’ve got this!” Highly recommend
Game changing for my health and wellness! Been a part of group fitness for over 7 years at various spots but Basecamp Woodbury is my favorite!
At the age of 75, I know I have had a great workout when I can barely walk out of the BC studio... however, I feel pretty good about myself... Proud enough to (slowly) walk to my car without assistance at 650am.
