This workout has been so great for me- physically and mentally! All the coaches are awesome. The studio vibe is welcoming and has a work hard, play hard feel. I have had knee and back injuries and this workout has been really great for building up my core and my legs. Try it!

The 35-minute classes are perfectly structured: alternating 1-minute bursts on the assault bike with strength training circuits, then finishing with a solid core and stretch session. Basecamp not only brought me a second family, but it also gave me a place where I felt truly seen and supported. The owners and entire staff are absolutely incredible—very knowledgeable, kind, and fun! On top of that, I’ve lost a significant amount of weight, toned my body, and become a stronger version of myself overall. Nothing is better than being excited to go work out. So thankful for the Basecamp family - couldn’t recommend it enough!
