Basecamp fitness is the best workout experience I’ve ever had. I feel so welcomed every time I walk in and everyone is so kind. Highly recommend!!!
Basecamp has helped prepare me for collegiate athletics as it combines strength and cardio training. The fast-paced class style makes the 45 minutes fly by, yet you still feel very successful once it’s over. I’ve been going with my mom since the beginning of summer, and it’s great for both of us despite our different health goals and lifestyles. The instructors have all been super kind, supportive, and truly are looking to help guide you to accomplish your goals.
I signed up and what I thought would be 2 days a week has immediately turned into 5 because of how much I love it! The workouts are challenging and the support is 10/10… I love the app for scheduling and that the lighting is dark. I have a shoulder injury and the coaches help modify any exercise that I need. Three weeks in and I already feel stronger.
Working out at basecamp is amazing! The staff, coaches and the others working out are great. Very happy that I chose to workout here!
Great studio to get a great HIIT workout in with minimal downtime. Friendly atmosphere, filtered water and showers available (bring a towel!)
