I had an old 1000 foot cedar deck that badly needed replacing. After entertaining multiple bids, we kept coming back to Basecamp. Joe, Dustin and Ty came out several times to try to help me save money by reducing size of deck. I ultimately decided to keep original footprint and so glad I did! Engineering came out several times to ensure supports for hot tub and I was amazed and comforted by the additional supports used. This thing is a beast! We added a 3-car garage with a 2-bedroom apartment space above it. Once we had our design, we contacted 5 general contractors - Basecamp was far and away the best in terms of how they consulted with us and how they structured their bid. Ty and Dustin were careful to understand our goals and budget, worked with us, allowing owner sourcing of some items and some owner labor which saved us quite a bit of money. My hot water heater flooded my basement. I had a water restoration crew come out in the middle of the night. They wanted to do the rebuild but I didn't want to hire them for that. I asked my neighbor, Joe Difabio if Basecamp could do it. Joe, Dustin and Ty came that afternoon and gave me a bid. They did such a wonderful job and I have a beautiful new basement! Joe stayed on the job and got everyone coordinated as quickly as possible. Basecamp is the best!

We’re selling our house and had a small repair that needed to be done but was a grey area in exactly what the fix should be. Ty took the time to listen to the problem and come up with a solution that was a reasonable price that our buyers were happy with. Dustin was able to come out quickly and get the problem taken care of. Really appreciated the professional communication and follow through. I needed a licensed contractor for a small-to-medium sized but very important job assessing the damage of some roof trusses and making the necessary repairs.
