Absolutely one of the worst humans I have interacted with in the professional sphere of trades. Greg is a rude, petulant man who obviously is not used to having people offer healthy questions and concerns about his work or opinions. We had a hot water heater leak and Greg came right out and got the process started with our insurance. I appreciate his professionalism and his dedication to his work. He installed the new one in a timely manner and got us up and running again. I would definitely recommend Base One Plumbing and will use them again if need be.
A while back this guy showed up to do a repair under the home warranty we have. The guy is incompetent, lazy, and really should reevaluate his life choices because he should not be doing any kind of work where he has to deal with the public. he was told what the problem most likely is, and when he showed up he acted like he really didn't even want to be there and couldn't wait to leave. Greg was a great advocate for replacement of my water heater through my home warranty. He identified that it was failing after 24 years (I knew this already), and pushed the home warranty to replace it vs repair it. Greg is direct and no nonsense, some might take that the wrong way, but I appreciated him explaining things to me. He even showed up in the middle of the snowstorm which dumped 6+ inches of snow with the new one to replace it.
