We had a hot water heater leak and Greg came right out and got the process started with our insurance. I appreciate his professionalism and his dedication to his work. He installed the new one in a timely manner and got us up and running again. I would definitely recommend Base One Plumbing and will use them again if need be.
A while back this guy showed up to do a repair under the home warranty we have. The guy is incompetent, lazy, and really should reevaluate his life choices because he should not be doing any kind of work where he has to deal with the public. he was told what the problem most likely is, and when he showed up he acted like he really didn't even want to be there and couldn't wait to leave. Greg was a great advocate for replacement of my water heater through my home warranty. He identified that it was failing after 24 years (I knew this already), and pushed the home warranty to replace it vs repair it. Greg is direct and no nonsense, some might take that the wrong way, but I appreciated him explaining things to me. He even showed up in the middle of the snowstorm which dumped 6+ inches of snow with the new one to replace it. Do NOT use this company for any plumbing needs! Greg will rip you off! Greg came to our home to address a low pressure water issue. He didn’t even introduce himself. The truck he drives does not have his business name on it. He took one look at our pressure release valve and said we needed a new one. He told me that he would have to set it up and get a couple of his guys to dig it out and replace it. Greg told me that he would email my husband to set everything up. I felt like he treated me like I was stupid or didn’t know what the issue was, and like he didn’t listen to what I needed. I didn't feel like there was great communication about what he was going to do, because he did a few random things throughout the house without asking or confirming first, that I didn’t want or need done, and left the issue I was most concerned about unfixed.
