Last year Greg Major came to my home to fix my water heater. He was incredibly condescending, treated me like I was stupid, and he made inappropriate remarks about how women my age should not own a home like I have and I should get a “widows cottage” in the Summerfield neighborhood. Greg is so rude. He called and because I didn’t answer right away he got grumpy with me. Then he checked everything out. Then coming back got mad when I asked him for an itemized receipt for the non covered items that I was paying for then finally let me take a picture of it. Slammed doors. I explained that I misunderstood about the non-covered items and he saying you want to get someone else go ahead. Then when he was done didn’t even walk me through restart of the water heater (gas). Just terrible. He's not only incompetent but creepy and only out for additional money. Do not use this plumber at all costs. We were assigned him through a home warranty. If this happens to you ask for someone else. He came over and tried three times to fix a simple leaky sink and could not get it right. I just did it myself for $99 and a new garbage disposal.

Absolutely one of the worst humans I have interacted with in the professional sphere of trades. Greg is a rude, petulant man who obviously is not used to having people offer healthy questions and concerns about his work or opinions. Greg was contracted to inspect our leaking water heater by our insurance company.
